Your privacy.

We collect what we need to check, fit and support your fob accessory.

Who provides the service

The legal business name will be provided before bookings open. The business contact address will also be provided before bookings open.

A business contact email will be published before bookings open.

What we collect and why

When you request a fob check, we collect your first name, mobile number, location, preferred visit time, your fob gallery choice, any photos you choose to add and relevant accessory details. We use them to assess compatibility, arrange the visit, fit and test the accessory, take payment and provide support.

We record agreed prices, proposed prices, appointments, service messages, test results, payment records and feedback. Please do not upload identification documents, faces, entry codes, credential dumps or authentication keys.

Questions sent through the website

We collect your question, reply email and optional name to respond to your enquiry. They are stored privately with our website provider, Cloudflare, and are available to the owner through protected access. They are not published or treated as marketing consent. Please leave out entry codes, fob numbers, credential dumps and authentication keys.

Question drafts are not saved by this website when you leave or refresh the page.

Optional AI photo check

When you add or replace a photo using the AI option, we resize the image on your device and send it to Cloudflare Workers AI to suggest a likely fob shape. This can run before you submit a request, including while bookings are closed. The image is processed for that check; we do not save a preview photo in our photo storage unless you submit an order. You can choose a gallery image or add a photo for a person to review instead.

AI cannot verify the chip, authorization or compatibility from a photo. We save only a limited visual suggestion with a submitted order for the technician to review. Cloudflare states that it does not use this content to train models or improve services without explicit consent. Cover printed card or fob numbers and keep faces, ID documents and access codes out of the image.

Service messages

Text updates are optional. If you opt in, RFID Daddy sends messages about your request, appointment, payment or support, and at most one follow-up asking whether the copy works. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can use your private order page without text messages.

We do not treat service-message consent as marketing consent.

How we operate and improve

We use service providers for website hosting, private photo storage, messages and payments, including Cloudflare, Twilio and the selected payment service. When route planning is connected, Google Maps processes visit locations to estimate travel; it does not receive your name, phone number or fob photo for that calculation. See the Google Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Their processing locations may be outside Canada. Payments use the payment provider’s own service; this website does not collect card details or bank login credentials.

Assistant-assisted reviews examine limited operational records to flag problems and recommend improvements. They do not need credential keys or dumps. The owner approves live business changes and final support resolutions.

Unfinished requests

Your choices and typed details are kept in this browser tab to recover from a refresh, for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Photos and permission or text-message consent are not saved with this draft. Use “Start over” to remove it; it is also cleared after a successful request. The draft is not an order.

Keeping information private

Your order is accessible through a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share that link with may see its details, so keep it private. Owner access is protected. We use access controls and secure connections to restrict customer records.

Routine intake photos are deleted after 30 days unless needed for an active issue. Payment and business records are kept for applicable legal and accounting requirements. Support information is retained only as needed for the service, disputes and those obligations.

Your choices

Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about retention, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity without collecting more information than necessary. Some records cannot be deleted while legal retention or an active dispute requires them.
