Will it work with my building?

It depends on your existing fob and the accessory. Your gallery choice or photo helps us assess it, then we confirm compatibility and test the finished copy at the readers you need to use. A photo alone can’t guarantee a match.

Is this Apple Wallet or a smartwatch app?

No app is needed. Phone Fob is a separate physical RFID sticker. Watch Fob is a separate physical RFID charm on your watch band. Neither adds your building credential to Apple Wallet or programs the watch itself.

Will it fit my watch band?

Fit depends on the band’s width, thickness and how it opens. A band that is too narrow can leave the holder loose; a wide or thick band may not fit through it. Smartwatch and traditional watch bands both need a fit check. The watch’s case size is not the band width. Bring the watch and band you want to use so we can check the fit.

What happens if it doesn’t work?

We test at your building during fitting. In our pilot, an accessory that cannot perform the agreed function is not charged. If a copy develops a defect, use “Needs help” on your order page within 30 days for a remake or refund. Your statutory rights are preserved.

What do I need for the visit?

A working original fob, permission to duplicate it, the phone or watch band you want fitted, and access to the building readers you’ll use. Keep your original fob. Let us know if you need entrance, elevator or garage access checked.

How do I pay?

You’ll see the full price before you confirm your visit. Pay after fitting and a successful test; your private order page shows the available payment options.
